Carbon Fibre Hybrid Chassis - for Arrma Kraton 6s V1-V4 / Stretch Typhon

Scorched Parts unique Carbon Fibre and 7075 Aluminium Hybrid Chassis.

This is a ‘drop in’ replacement for the stock chassis. Everything swaps over simply and easily.

Developed by Scorched Parts, this hybrid chassis uses a combination of Carbon Fibre, 7075 T6 aluminium, Titanium and Stainless Steel to bring out the best these materials have to offer.

The front section is 7075 T6 aluminium, up to 7.5mm thick in critical areas. With huge strength it includes correct chassis ‘kick up’ at the front to maintain correct steering geometry. Droop screw tabs benefit from the strength and hardness of the 7075.

Weight: 285g (stock 340g)

The massively strong main body is made from 5mm thick top quality Toray 3k carbon fibre, providing fantastic strength to weight ratio. Precision machining for a perfect fit and a high quality satin finish.

The front section is retained using 2 specially developed cone nuts machined from Grade 5 Titanium.

Rear droop screw tabs are reinforced with stainless steel inserts to prevent rapid wear of the carbon fibre.

Titanium rear skid is recommended for bashing.

Please be aware that many of the carbon parts have picked up cosmetic marks during manufacture. These will usually be hard to notice once assembled.

This chassis can be used with EXB / V5 cars, but small modification of the arms or chassis will be required and droop setting will be limited (Generally it's good to limit droop anyway). RPM arms will work fine.

Our carbon fibre is totally waterproof.

Modifying your RC from stock condition can result in unexpected results. Operation of modified models must take this into account.
