Shipping Info

We always try to dispatch within 24hrs of an order being placed, but sometimes an some order may take 2-3 days.

Please note that 'NEXT DAY' shipping does not include 'Same Day Dispatch', but we try our best for orders placed before 1pm. We try to capture orders right up to when UPS collect, but we don't control what time they actually arrive. For UK orders, Royal Mail is often a better choice, since it is still a 'next day' service, but they collect later and also deliver on Saturdays.

Please be aware that we are a very small team with boxes and tape. We don't have 24/7 automated Amazon robots to pack stuff for us. Mondays are always a little behind as we try to catch up with orders from the weekend.

Our standard service is with Royal Mail. For overseas customers this will connect with your domestic postal service (USPS, Deutsche Post etc). The tracking from your domestic service may be better than Royal Mail.

Our Express service is usually UPS, but we may use a cost effective alternative. We do recommend overseas customers to use UPS - it takes days rather than weeks and has far better tracking.

For USA parcels, keeping orders below $800USD will avoid import charges. For Australia, this is $1000AUD. Please consider splitting big orders.

Royal Mail Delivery estimated service times (excluding dispatch time):

UK: 1 to 2 days

Europe: 3 to 7 days

Rest of World: 10 to 15 days

UPS Express service times:

UK: 1 day

Europe: 2 days

Rest of World: 3-4 days

Australia, NZ: 4-7 days

We sent parts all over the world and very rarely have any losses. Very occasionally parts will inevitably get caught in customs and can take much longer - 3-4 weeks. Your patience is really appreciated when items get delayed. 99% of the time parts do reach their destination, even if it takes many weeks. UPS is recommended to avoid delays!
