Custom Battery Mount Buckle (Pair)

Scorched Parts 7075 T6 aluminum battery mount buckles for custom mounting of batteries.

Especially useful for our range of carbon fibre chassis. Allows custom positioning of batteries.

In combination with our 3M dual lock tape, this is a rock solid method of securing batteries. We've had multiple speed running smashes at over 210mph, destroying whole cars, but the batteries have stayed in place and intact.

Chassis requires drilling and countersinking to mount the buckles. Holes need to have 27mm spacing

Several of our chassis now come pre-marked, or pre-drilled for these parts.

The cross holes on the part have the same spacing so can be used as a template / drill guide for perfect hole positioning.

On carbon chassis, we recommend using masking tape to mark out and then drill the chassis, as pictured.
