Side Body Quick Release Mount System (Pair)

Retaining the body sides of GT and full width type bodies gets more important the faster you go. R clips can be a pain, easily lost and less than tidy

Carbon fibre edge strips are a great way to seal the body side and add rigidity to the chassis. We have combined 250mm long 25x2mm thick carbon fibre edge strip with quick release 1/4 turn fasteners. The carbon strips are fixed to the chassis with 3M VHB tape (included) This makes for a super easy way to fit the body. It's fast and secure, looks nicer than R clips and you never loose the self retained fasteners. No more duct tape!

We've also included mount points for Castle XLX2 ESC switches. This enables you to make an access hole in the body - you can then easily switch the esc on and off without removing the body!

We've been testing this system on our 195mph super stretch Arrma speed car and it's fantastic! The body can be removed in seconds. We crashed this car at 185mph, 20ft in the air, and the body clips held perfectly, greatly helping to protect the car, which came away with relatively little damage.
