Tracking Problems!
Following the Strike Action, we're currently having many problems with Royal Mail deliveries that have been sent over the last couple of weeks. The Tracking does not work, showing only 'We're waiting for this item'.
We've been in contact with Royal Mail, and there doesn't seem to be much we can do other that wait. Parcels are on the way, and do come through. We're currently shipping all UK deliveries by alternative means, and international ones when we can find cost effective options.
Customers effected by this have our sincere apologies for this problem.
