Shipping / Royal Mail update:
New UK and European shipments have been going out with alternative carriers on time and successfully so far.
Rest of world shipments are still badly affected with many orders held back and many from December and January without functioning tracking.
Royal mail say these items are now moving and that we should start to see more of these getting clear. The tracking activates again as parcels clear customs.
I’m hoping that they will fully open international shipping again this week and we can send all the outstanding orders.
We’re deeply sorry that many customers have been let down in this way. It’s been very difficult and expensive for us over the last few weeks to try and get out as many orders as possible via alternative methods. I offer thanks for the patience and understanding shown by many of you. No one will be more pleased than us to see the end of this saga.
If your order has not been sent (there’s no tracking number yet) we can offer an upgrade to the shipping (probably UPS express) to expedite the process. In most cases we will only charge half the actual difference, covering the other half ourselves.
