Royal Mail International Update
Whilst Royal Mail are still closed to new international shipments it seems the outstanding ones should now see progress.
I have something like 100 international orders backed up due to this problem. It’s extremely frustrating for everyone involved.
I‘d like to thank everyone for their patience in all of this.
We’ve now put claims in with Royal Mail for the few items still not showing from early December. We’ve all waited long enough for those ones.
We’ve been UPS shipping everything that we can without taking a loss, but it’s 2 or 3 times the price of Royal Mail. If you want to upgrade to UPS express, we can normally cover half of any extra cost.
UK and European orders are going out on time. One or two problems with Evri, but generally they’re delivering well.
