Ceramic Hybrid Bearing Set (for Arrma Centre drive system)

Silicone Nitride Ceramic ball bearing in Stainless Steel races for specialist use.

These are super free spinning bearings helping make sure all energy goes to the wheels.

This is a set of 11 bearings for the centre drive system for all 1/8th and 1/7th Arrmas. The centre shafts are the fastest running shafts in the car (with possible exception to the motor).

Includes 2 bearings for centre spool / diff and 2 x complete 4 bearings sets for front and rear diff.

The small input bearing on Arrma front/rear diffs is prone to failure on upgraded cars. For this reason the kit comes with an extra one of these bearings.

The kit includes some ‘zz’ type metal shield bearings. More free running than rubber seal bearings, but not suited for wet or off road applications.

Please be aware that ceramic bearings require maintenance and care. Bearings must be kept oiled. Metal shields are not removable. Oil can be carefully seeped into the seal gap.

Our bearings have been oiled by our supplier. The oil is a little thick for our liking. Some people will want to de-grease and re-oil to their preference (and if you want to do the forever spinning bearing show thing ).
